🌸 Spring Watercolor Classes for Teens 12+ in Kitchener You can continue painting with watercolor and join a 4-week course in June: Watercolor Flowers for Teens 12+. 📍 Kitchener Downtown Art Studio 🎨 Skill Level: Beginners & Continuing Students 🗓 Tuesdays | April 7 – May 26, 2026 🕠 5:30 – 7:00 PM 🎟 Full Session – 8 Classes | All Supplies Included 👩🏫 Art Instructor – Yulia Balobanova This spring, teens are invited to explore watercolor as a creative, expressive, and relaxing art form. Our Spring Watercolor Classes for Teens offer a supportive space to build skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the process of painting while connecting with others. We’ll start with accessible, spring-inspired watercolor projects and gradually build toward more expressive paintings. Each class combines clear instruction with freedom to explore personal ideas, imagination, and storytelling through art. 🌸 What we’ll explore: — Watercolor materials and techniques: washes, layering, and soft textures — Brush control and water balance for smooth blends and expressive effects — Light, color, and atmosphere inspired by spring themes — Simple ways to show mood, movement, and depth with watercolor 🎨 Foundations we’ll cover: — Step-by-step planning of a watercolor painting — Composition and visual storytelling — Tonal values (light and dark) — Color mixing and harmonious palettes 🖼️ A New Experience Every Season Every session brings fresh, joyful art ideas that spark curiosity and fun. Returning students always find something new to explore, paint, and imagine. 🏡 Bright, Welcoming Studio Our downtown Kitchener studio is bright, calm, and inspiring — a comfortable creative space where teens can relax, focus, and enjoy painting after school. 👩🎨 Small Group, Personal Guidance With small groups, each student receives individual attention and gentle guidance. The atmosphere is supportive and encouraging, helping teens feel confident as they develop their skills and artistic voice. 🤝 Art + Community Art class is more than painting — it’s about connection. Teens make friends, share ideas, and join a creative group that celebrates imagination and storytelling.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: No refunds! Art credit is available for the next classes/camps. Late registrations are accepted. Art classes - you can join us any time and pay for the remaining classes or have make-up classes. If you miss a class during a session, you'll have a make-up class. Art camps - you can register during an art camp week for the remaining day(s) or half-day(s). If minimum participant numbers have not been reached by 1 week before the start of Art classes/camp, you will be notified and Art classes/camp will need to be canceled. You will get a refund or you may transfer your payment to other classes/camps.
