🌸 Watercolor Flowers for Teens 12+ in Kitchener Older Teens may join Adult Classes. 📍 Kitchener Downtown Art Studio 🎨 Skill Level: Beginners & Continuing Students 🗓 Tuesdays | June 2 – June 23, 2026 🕠 5:30 – 7:00 PM 🎟 4 Classes | All Supplies Included 👩🏫 Art Instructor – Yulia Balobanova June is the perfect time to paint flowers — everything is in bloom and full of inspiration. In this 4-week watercolor series for teens, students will explore how to paint spring and summer flowers using watercolor, working step by step and building confidence with each class. Each session balances clear guidance with space to experiment, helping teens develop their own style while learning solid watercolor foundations. 🌸 What we’ll explore: — Flower shapes, petal structure, and movement — Watercolor techniques for soft washes, layering, and gentle color transitions — Light, color, and depth to bring floral paintings to life 🎨 Foundations we’ll cover: — Planning a watercolor painting step by step — Composition and focal points in floral art — Tonal values (light and dark) — Color mixing for natural, expressive flower palettes 🖼️ A New Experience Every Session Each class focuses on a different flower and a new painting project. Teens build skills gradually while creating a complete, finished watercolor artwork every week. 🏡 Bright, Welcoming Studio Our downtown Kitchener studio is bright, calm, and inspiring — a relaxed creative space where teens can focus, paint, and enjoy the process. 👩🎨 Small Group, Personal Guidance With a small group format, each student receives individual feedback and gentle support, helping them grow in confidence and technique. 🤝 Art + Community Art class is more than painting — it’s about connection. Teens make friends, share ideas, and become part of a creative group that celebrates imagination, observation, and storytelling through art.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: No refunds! Art credit is available for the next classes/camps. Late registrations are accepted. Art classes - you can join us any time and pay for the remaining classes or have make-up classes. If you miss a class during a session, you'll have a make-up class. Art camps - you can register during an art camp week for the remaining day(s) or half-day(s). If minimum participant numbers have not been reached by 1 week before the start of Art classes/camp, you will be notified and Art classes/camp will need to be canceled. You will get a refund or you may transfer your payment to other classes/camps.
