Lemon and yellow flowers

This is my very first still life with wax water-soluble pastel on black paper. Before I drew with it on white paper and blended pastel with water. It's a great technique, I love it. However, on black paper, I use the dry technique only. I create a few layers with very gentle strokes of pastel. It helps to add depth to my art. Drawing glass on black paper is very enjoyable!
I hope you enjoy the original art too if you decorate your home or office. The art is good for the kitchen or dining room.
