We've started our session; however, you can join us and pay for the remaining classes beginning on November 16. 🍂 Fall Art Classes 2025 for Toddlers (Ages 2.5+) 📅 Mondays 9:30-10:15 am 🗓️ September 22 - December 8, 2025 (11 classes); no class on October 13 (Thanksgiving) 👶 Ages 2.5+ 🎨 All supplies included 👩‍🎨 Small group – max 6 children 📍 Downtown Kitchener 🍁 A Gentle Start to Creativity These cozy art classes are designed for toddlers aged 2.5+ who are ready to explore on their own. Whether it’s their very first class or a next step after parent-and-child programs, each session offers playful, sensory-rich experiences in a calm, welcoming space. 🖼️ A New Theme Every Week Children create joyful artworks inspired by seasons, nature, and simple stories—like falling leaves, forest animals, or cozy homes. Every week brings something new to discover. 🎨 Explore Mixed Media We use a toddler-friendly Mixed Media approach—combining drawing, painting, gluing, stamping, and textures. Kids try safe, colorful materials like watercolor, tempera, pastels, paper, fabric, sponges, and nature items. It’s all about touch, motion, and imagination. 🖌️ Art Skills Through Play With gentle guidance, children: – Try shapes, lines, and colors – Strengthen fine motor skills – Learn to use art tools – Express ideas freely The focus is on process, not perfection, so kids feel proud and relaxed as they explore. 🏡 Toddler-Friendly Studio Our Downtown Kitchener studio is cozy, bright, and calm, set up with child-sized tables and chairs for comfort and confidence. There’s room to move, observe, and create at their own pace. 👩‍🎨 Small Group, Big Care Led by an experienced, nurturing teacher, this class is limited to 6 children to ensure personal attention, encouragement, and a relaxed rhythm that meets toddlers where they are. 🤝 First Steps in Independence Children develop early social skills while creating side-by-side learning to share space, observe others, and enjoy being part of a kind and creative group. We understand that every toddler is unique — parents are welcome to stay nearby if their child needs extra support. If attending independently, children should be able to use the washroom on their own. All participants must wear socks or have indoor shoes. We’d love to welcome your little artist this fall!
