Through meaningful projects inspired by global traditions, students will design and craft original artworks that celebrate warmth, joy, and connection. 🎨 Create, Paint & Celebrate Together Each class offers a new challenge — from decorative art and illustration to creative design projects — helping students develop their personal style while expressing the festive spirit. 🌍 Multicultural Holiday Inspiration We explore how different cultures use art and light to express gratitude, hope, and togetherness — from Hanukkah candles and Christmas ornaments to winter lanterns and Kwanzaa symbols. Each project encourages curiosity, reflection, and artistic growth. 🏡 A Warm, Welcoming Studio Our downtown Kitchener studio provides a cozy, inspiring space where students can relax, focus, and enjoy the creative process while making meaningful art to display or gift. 👩‍🎨 Small Group + Individual Guidance With 5–10 students per class, instructor Marien de Freitas provides thoughtful guidance and personalized feedback, helping each student experiment confidently and refine their skills. 🤝 Celebrate Art, Culture & Community This mini session is not just about making art — it’s about sharing creativity, celebrating cultural diversity, and connecting with others through artistic expression.
