☀️ Summer Art Classes 2026 for Kids 6–10 Years Old in Kitchener Make creativity part of your child's summer! Our Summer Art Program is a fun and inspiring 7-week creative journey for children ages 6–10. Through exciting weekly projects, children explore a variety of art materials, build artistic skills, and enjoy creating in a welcoming and supportive studio environment. Whether your child is just beginning or already loves making art, each class offers a new opportunity to learn, experiment, and create. 📅 Thursdays | 6:00–7:00 PM 🗓️ July 16 – August 27, 2026 (7 classes) 📍 Yulia ArtSpace – Downtown Kitchener 🎨 All Supplies Included ☀️ A Unique Summer Experience Available only during the summer season, this special program lets children explore a variety of art materials, techniques, and creative projects. Every class is a new artistic adventure with fresh ideas and activities. 🌿 A New Creative Experience Every Week Each class features a different summer-inspired project, including nature, flowers, animals, landscapes, imagination, and creative storytelling. 🎨 Explore a Variety of Art Materials Children experiment with watercolor, gouache, acrylic paint, oil pastels, soft pastels, colored pencils, markers, mixed media, collage, and more. 🖌️ Learn Art Skills Through Creative Projects Students develop drawing skills, observation, composition, color understanding, and creative confidence while completing fun, age-appropriate artwork step by step. 👩‍🎨 Small Group Learning Small classes allow for individual guidance while giving children the inspiration and encouragement of creating alongside other young artists. 🏡 Yulia ArtSpace – Downtown Kitchener Our bright downtown studio provides a welcoming space where children can learn, experiment, and enjoy a creative summer activity away from screens. 🤝 Art + Community Children share ideas, encourage one another, and become part of a friendly creative community where imagination and artistic growth are celebrated. ✨ Every Seasonal Session Is Different Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions always feature brand-new themes and projects, giving returning students fresh opportunities to keep learning and creating year after year.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: No refunds! Art credit is available for the next classes/camps. Late registrations are accepted. Art classes - you can join us any time and pay for the remaining classes or have make-up classes. If you miss a class during a session, you'll have a make-up class. Art camps - you can register during an art camp week for the remaining day(s) or half-day(s). If minimum participant numbers have not been reached by 1 week before the start of Art classes/camp, you will be notified and Art classes/camp will need to be canceled. You will get a refund or you may transfer your payment to other classes/camps.
