Designed for toddlers ready to create on their own, these classes encourage curiosity, imagination, and joyful discovery in a calm, nurturing space. 🖼️ A New Theme Every Week Each class features a new seasonal theme inspired by winter light, cozy days, and nature’s beauty—sparkling snow, forest animals, soft mittens, and early signs of spring. Every week brings a new creative surprise! 🎨 Explore Mixed Media We use a toddler-friendly Mixed Media approach—painting, drawing, gluing, stamping, and sculpting with safe, colorful materials like tempera, watercolor, pastels, clay, paper, fabric, and natural textures. It’s all about touch, movement, and joyful exploration. 🖌️ Art Skills Through Play Through playful activities, children: – Explore colors, shapes, and lines – Strengthen fine motor skills – Learn to use brushes and tools – Express their ideas freely The focus is on process over product—helping little ones feel confident, creative, and calm as they explore art at their own pace. 🏡 Toddler-Friendly Studio Our bright, cozy studio in Downtown Kitchener is designed with child-sized tables and chairs, gentle lighting, and space to move freely. The calm setting helps little artists focus and enjoy creating in comfort. 👩‍🎨 Gentle Guidance by Maria Panarina Maria’s warm, caring teaching style supports each child’s independence and creativity. She gently encourages exploration, offering just enough structure to help toddlers feel secure and inspired. 🤝 First Steps in Independence Children build early social and creative skills while working side by side—learning to share space, observe others, and enjoy being part of a kind, creative group. Parents are welcome to stay nearby if needed. Independent participants should be able to use the washroom on their own. All children must wear socks or indoor shoes. We can’t wait to share this cozy and creative winter season with your little artist!
