Tulip Festival Workshop

On Saturday I did a workshop at my home. Yes, it was not Paint Night, not just fun because we did a lot! It was a difficult assignment but everybody made it.
The workshop was organized for different ages participants older then 10 years old and I had 4 girls and 3 ladies. What a nice group! Thank you so much for working very hard!
We painted with pastel on black sandpaper. First we did wet underpainting and blocked the main shapes.
Next steps there were dry techniques only - pastel strokes and broken colors.
At the end 3 girls got prizes because they guessed what Canadian city we were painting. It was Ottawa - Tulip festival! In addition every participant could choose a watercolor illustration as a good reminder about our great event! Of course, we had refreshments, a glass of wine or juice :)
