Watercolor

Watercolour is a wet technique and is opposite to soft pastel. However I love watercolour too - it is perfect for balance. It’s really good to switch from dry pastel to wet watercolour and vice versa. Sometimes I even mix both together.  When I see a scene, I can say - it is definitely for watercolour!

I paint with archival artist quality watercolour paints on cotton paper. Watercolour work should be framed with glass, however sometimes it looks very nice without a frame, just like a poster.
